Shocker of a new but its false!

Close on the heels of my previous blog post where I concluded that the Indian government would not give permission to and India-Pak cricket match, I see this news on twitter:

It basically says that the Indian government has given permission for the match(s) and they will start around 15 Dec. I was super shocked as my last study was very clear that the Indian govt would NOT give permission for this.

So I asked a question, "Is this news true?" and cast a chart with seed 226 as below:

The 3rd CSL is Saturn and also in Saturn's star.

THERE IS NO WAY THAT THIS NEWS IS TRUE. IT IS A LIE.

Will the Indian Government permit the BCCI to have an India-Pak cricket match?

With Pakistan continuously attacking Indians at the border, there is a public mood in India that no ties should exist between the two countries. Meanwhile, in lala land, the BCCI (the cricket business owners), apparently intend to have a cricket match between India and Pakistan. Truly, money knows no borders, and neither does greed. So I asked a question that makes up the post title and gave the seed of 19, to cast the following chart:

The cusps for all permits, licenses, NOCs is the 3rd cusp. If the 3rd cusp's sublord signifies the 11th cusp AND the 11th cusp's sublord signifies the 3rd house, then and only then will the event happen and happen in a favorable way. I will be examining significations using Hasbe jis 4 step method.

The 3rd cusp sublord is Mars. Mars is in Moon's star and Jupiter's sub. Jupiter is in Venus's star. Moon and Jupiter are in own star and untenanted, respectively.

Mars is tenanted and hence has only weak significations of its own.

Moon is in 1 and owns 4th cusp. Both significations are strong as the 4th is empty.

Jupiter is in 5th cusp and owns 9th and 12th cusp. 9th and 12th are empty so all significations are strongly signified.

Venus is in 6th and owns 2 and 7. Strongly signifies 6 and 2.

So the 3rd CSL signifies 1 2 4 5 6 9 12, not the 11th house.

Even if we look at Nadi significations below:

The ongoing DBA is Mo-Ra-Sa. the 3rd CSL is Mars and 11th CSL is Venus. 3rd CSL is non committal on issue of permission. 11th CSL is clearly denying the permission by signifying 3 6 8.

Even DBA lords are denying the permission.

Thus overall we can say that (thankfully) it is likely that the Government of India WILL NOT grant permission to the BCCI for the India-Pak match.

Will Amit Shah get another term as BJP chief?

The BJP's showing in Bihar has sparked off a million questions it seems from both supporters and detractors. More particularly, being the only person who got it absolutely right in July 2015 to my knowledge (with Bhairavi's grace), quite a few of these questions are directed to me.

A cousin walked into my home today and over a cup of tea the conversation veered towards politics. Both of us find cricket boring, so as Indians, politics is the only subject left to us. :)

There are calls for the ouster of the current BJP chief, Shri Amit Shah from this post in wake of the absolute debacles that were Delhi and Bihar. There are rumours of various people presenting their credentials for the top job and as usual lots of things going on in the background, as they are wont to do in Delhi.

Anyway, it doesn't matter who does what and when and how. What matters are the stars and whether they allow the event to happen or not. Well aware of my interest in stellar astrology, my cousin suddenly asked me..."Will Amit Shah get a second term?". I asked for a random number between 1 and 249, to which he replied "91".

Quickly polishing off my tea and biscuits, I got down to casting the following chart and significators:

Now the BJP part poll is expected in Jan 2016. To be fair, more than a poll these are exercises in getting a no objection certificate from the leaders of the party. As in I feel, Amit Shah knows he is unacceptable to the Party, he will not contest the polls at all. So the elections itself become a formality of getting the No Objection certificate. Do correct me if I am wrong.

So more than the 6th cusp of competition , the 3rd cusp of permission comes into play. But being the strickler for detail that I am, I will look at both. Also, the 11th cusp of wish fulfillment becomes important.

Lets look at KP first. 3rd cusp sublord is Rahu. Rahu is in Sun's star and Mercury's sub. It is also posited in Mercury's sign. Mercury is an untenanted planet. So it is a strong significator of the 11th cusp.

The 11th cusp sublord is Jupiter, Jupiter is in Venus' star and Mercury's Sub. Mercury is untenanted and is the occupant of the 3rd house. Thus, Jupiter becomes a strong significator of the 3rd house.

Thus Amit Shah will be 're-elected' as the BJP chief again.

Even looking at the 6th house cusp, we see that the 6th CSL is Venus. Venus is in Moon Star and Mercury Sub. Venus is posited in the 2nd house and owns the 10th house. Mercury as the untenanted Sub, is a strong significator of the 11th house. As such we can see that even viewed as a competition, Amit Shah should come through as a victor.

Now lets look at Nadi:

My cousin who has asked this question, is in favour of Amit Shah being re appointed as the BJP chief. So the positive combinations (ie AS reappointment) will be 2 6 10 11 and negative will be 6 8 12.

The 3rd CSL is Rahu
The 6th CSL is Venus
The 11th CSL is  Jupiter

Rahu has 2 3 11 in Planet and Sub level and no negative combinations.

Venus has 2 10 in Planet and 2 3 11 in Sub. A lone 12 cannot hinder very much.

Jupiter has a negative 5 8 at the planet level. Which suggests the back biting etc going on in this period by the enemy. But the 2 10 and 2 11 in the Star and Sub levels will manage to beat this 5 8.

So there is no opposition from the prime cuspal sublords to Amit Shah's re-elevation.

The DBA applicable during the polls is Ra-Ve-Me.

As seen earlier, Rahu and Venus and net positives. Mercury has 2 11 at Planet and a 6 at Star and Sub levels, with no negative combinations.

Overall, I can say that Amit Shah will be re-elevated to the post of BJP Chief in January 2016.

Even overall, the Ascendant is in Leo, the regal or leadership sign. It is a fixed and fire-y sign which suggests that current situation will continue (ie Amitbhai as leader). It is aspected by Moon as well, which is another benefic planet that suggests a leadership role. Notably, Moon is a female planet suggesting that he may get some key support from the lady leaders of the Party.

The only negative thing that I can see is that Saturn's 10th aspect on the Ascendant. Saturn is the planet of delays and giving someone something slightly less than is deserved. So Amitji may have to be satisfied with some small pin prick somewhere. It be also be that the polls may be delayed a bit, or the result be declared later than usual or expected.

Saturn is also the sublord of the Ascendant cusp, but thankfully it does not signify any majorly bad houses.

Net-net, Amit Shah ji...we will look forward to seeing you getting a next term!

Was Rahul Gandhi at any point in time, or is he currently, a British Citizen?

This has been a new controversy that has started on RG regarding his citizenship. While I do not support him, his party or his thought process, I decided to figure out the truth by using astrology. I asked the above question and used the seed 15 to cast the following chart and significators:

Using the same rules as in this blog, I see that 3rd house sub is Saturn indicating that the rumour that Rahul Gandhi is a British citizen is false. Also, even looking at Nadi sigs, we can see that the ongoing DBA is Ma-Ke-Me were 3 6 8 12 is clearly signified.

When will I change jobs?

To be fair this was not a question asked of me, this is a suo motu exercise. Also, this is not such an unusual question that warrants a blog. However if you have read my research blog on job change versus role change, this will allow me to add one more example to monitor.

First lets put the chart and significators:

While the full job change combination appears in only three planets (Ve, Mo, Ra), every other planet contains atleast one half of this combination thus supporting change. However the change in this man's career has not been in companies but in roles, from starting off in the IT department of a company, he went on to head several departments finally ending up as the research head in one of that company's biggest markets.

Now lets look at owners/ occupants of the 6th and 10th cusps and their starlords:

Ma (owns 6th and 10th)   ---> Moon star
Ke (occ of 10th)               ---> Ketu's star

Since Ketu is occupant of 10th house and owns no sign (based on examples so far I havent taken the nodes sign lords), it cannot give employer change as in its capacity of a star lord.

So lets look at Moon. Moon is an occupant of the 9th house, so it is positive for job change as a star lord. Therefore MARS, if it appears in DBA will cause job change.

But based on my theory, we should look at other planets too. So lets do it the quicker way and look at owners and occupants of the 5th and 9th house.

Ve is owner of 5th house.
Saturn is owner of 9th house.
No occupants of 5th house. Moon occupant of 9th house.

So all those planets, where Ve, Sa or Mo appear as starlords will cause employer change. Those planets are:

Su, Ma, Me, Ve.

For job change atleast one of the planets in the DBA has to be a separative planet (ie. Su, Ra, Ku, Sa)

The native is currently running the DBA of Mo-Me-Sa. Sa antara runs till 3rd Feb 2016.

So the native will change jobs till that date PROVIDED the transits support.

Planets having 5 9  or 5 or 9 are as follows: ALL!

It  so happens that Sa Me Su are already conjoined in the 5th house as I check this, and so are Ra, Ma and Ve in the 3rd house. This condition continues till 1st Dec.

After this Me moves out of the 5th house, but Su and Sa will remain in the 5th house and Ketu in the 9th house, thus continuing to satisfy the transit conditions, till 8th Dec 2015.

Again on 25th Dec, Ve and Sa are in the 5th house and Ke in the 9th house till 11th Jan.

I will not continue to detail the transit conditions, but the point is that Saturn Antara is overall very conducive to change of job and the transit conditions are being met several times. So overall the job change can happen by the 1st Week of Feb 2016. Notably, Saturn is a separative planet, as is required by Nadi rules to effect the job change.

Vibheeshna!

The entire post below is hypothetical:

There was once a very large kingdom. For a long time it was ruled by a dynasty. While the progenitors of this dynasty may have been illustrious, it deteriorated as dynasties are wont to many times.

The latest generation of the dynasty had people of all sorts. Even those who could not have been part of this lineage. The kingdom deteriorated under them. They were corrupt and encouraged corruption. Slowly the kingdom that was once touted as a BRIC of the global economy became an international joke.

Then from nowhere a young challenger arose. From a humble background, he was ridiculed, punished, harassed by the dynasty and its corrupt minions. Town criers went out everyday to 'inform' people of the misdeeds of this young challenger, where there were one. Lies and slander became the order of the day to stop him.

He however managed to win the faith of the people and slowly the people promoted him to take the dynasty's place. People were desperate for revenge of the cheating of the many generations. He had promised them a just retribution.

However, nothing happened. Everytime a noose seemed to close in on the erstwhile ruler's  neck, this young challenger or one of his tribe seemed to pull it back.

Suspicion fell on the new rulers right hand man...a minister who was known far and wide for his wise consul and experience. He was a suave man with sliver tongue. Knowledgeable in all the laws and all the loopholes. Was he the one who was protecting erstwhile royal family from justice? A fierce verbal duel broke out between those who blindly believed this man to be honest and those who did not.

It was not a small matter. An incredibly powerful minister he was, would surely reward the poor peasants with many gold guineas and plum posts in return for unquestioning and blind loyalty.

A group of people were undecided on whose side to take in this battle of the wits. They came to the town astrologer. And asked the astrologer, "Oh wise one, we have come to ask you about someone who believes he is wiser than you. There is a rumour that this super wise person, while running with the hares is hunting with the hounds"

"Oh for gods sakes, get to it!", the astrologer remarked.

"Ok, the rumour is that the erstwhile dynasty is being protected by this sun ray like wise minister, so no law or justice can touch them. We dont know what to believe! Is this rumour true?"

The astrologer asked himself this question and came out with a seed number 183 and cast the following chart:

The wise astrologer looked to his many gurus for guidance and suddenly page number 442 of the Phaladesh Khand of Shahasane came to mind.

It said:
a) If the 3rd cusp's sublord is retrograde or posited in the star of a retrograde planet then the rumour/ news is false.

b) If the 3rd cusp's sublord is Mars, then the rumour is false and maliciously false.

c) If the 3rd cusp's sublord if Saturn, then the rumour is false or incomplete

d) If the 3rd cusp's sublord is Jupiter, Moon, Sun, Venus then the rumour is TRUE.

(if its Rahu/ Ketu  then look at the signlord where these 2 are posited).

The astrologer looked at the 3rd cusp sublord. It isnt retrograde nor is it posited in the star or a retrograde planet. And, the 3rd cuspal sublord is Jupiter.

Rest, everyone is intelligent.

Immediate fate of the GST Bill

After the recent defeat of BJP in the Bihar, there is a justified fear among nationalists that the pace of reforms envisaged by the Honble Prime Minister will slow down. One of the key elements of this reform is the passage of a unifying tax law, the GST, in the upcoming winter session. Interestingly, this Bihar result was the most unexpected and I was one of the handful who got this prediction correct, that too way back in July 2015.

While BJP has an outright majority in the Lok Sabha, it does not in the Rajya Sabha and thus passing of laws is being blocked by the opposition. Quite petty of them, some might say. An example of this blocking was the fate of the Land Reforms Bill. Interestingly, this was also predicted by me much before the actual shelving of the Bill happened. Whilst I don't claim to be infallible (no one is), I hope the respected PM will pay more attention to what is being said here. After all, political capital is just like any other capital, one cannot be too careful  in choosing where it is to be invested in.

Worried by these concerns, a good friend of mine asked me the following question: Will GST Bill be passed in both houses of Indian parliament in the upcoming winter session? I asked him to give me a number between 1 and 249, to which he promptly replied "91 is my number".

FYI: The winter session is scheduled for Nov 26 to Dec 23 2015.

I proceeded to cast the following chart and significators:

                                                    KP Significators - Hasbe style

Now how to treat the passage of the Bill in the Parliament? As a permission or as a competition was the question that stood before me. The reason this question is important is because if it is to be treated as a permission, in the like of getting a N.O.C. or a Visa, then we have to look at cusps 3 and 11. If it is a competition then the 6th cusp of victory over opponents gets importance.

I decided to look at both. Regarding the 3rd cusp, the K.P. rules are clear:

If the sublord of the 3rd cusp is the significator of the 11th cusp (gains/ desire fulfillment) then the event will happen. However only if the sublord of the 11th cusp is the significator of the 3rd house will the event happen as desired.

To give an example, getting a letter from a company you have interviewed with will be determined by the 3rd CSL, but is the letter an appointment letter or rejection letter is determined by the 11th cusp. I checked with my friend if he wanted the GST Bill to be passed, he replied "Yes".

The 3rd CSL is Saturn, Saturn is a strong significator (see Hasbe significators above) of the 3 7 10 cusps and a weak significator of the 11th cusp. I do not consider weak significations.

The 11th CSL is Venus. Venus strongly signifies  1 4 5 8 7, so it does not strongly or weakly signify the 3rd cusp at all.

I can say that if the Bill passage was considered as a "documentary permission", then the GST bill will not pass in the upcoming winter session.

But, lets see if the Bill will pass if it is considered as a competition.

Again, KP rules are clear: If the 6th CSL signifies the 6/10/11 cusps without signifying the 4/5/12 cusps then the native is victorious (i.e. the GST bill is passed in this case). If however, both sets of cusps are signified then the 12th cuspal sublord's significations will need to be checked as the 12th CSL is the 6th cusp to the opponents cusp (7th).

Now in this case the 6th and 12th cuspal sublords is the same planet, i.e. Venus. So we will look at the relative strength of Venus' significations. What cusps does the planet Venus strongly signify...cusps good for the bill passing (6 10 11) or cusps opposed to bill passing (4 5 12).

As is evident from the significators table I made using Hasbe jis method, Venus is a strong significator of 1 4 5 8 7, this is quite bad for the native...ie unfavourable to the bill passing. 7th cusp is prime cusp of opponent, 4th cusp is the 10th cusp for opponent, 5th is the 11th cusp for the opponent and 8th is not only the "dhana sthan" of the opponent, it is also the house of delays, insults, disappointments and death etc for the native (the GST bill in this question).

This even considering the bill passage as a competition, the GST bill is unlikely to pass.

I just cast a cursory glance over the Ascendant's sublord (Sun). Sub signifies 4 5 8 9 12 houses. In addition to the description of  4 5 8 houses earlier, the 9th house is the 'maaraka' house of the 10th house of reputation and the 12th house is house of loss to the native.

The only glimmer of hope is the weak signification of 11th (house of gains, best house in any horoscope) by the 3rd CSL. At best it will succeed in making the govt 'feel' that the bill might go through, but that will be a lie.

So overall, the GST bill is unlikely to pass both houses of the Indian Parliament in the period November 26, 2015 to December 23, 2015 (winter session).

Disappointed, I decided to check if the Nadi system supports or refutes the results of the Krishnamurti Paddhati study.

The Nadi significators are as follows:

Favorably result combinations are 2 6 10 11. 6 10 11, 6 11, 6 10, 10 11, 11. 10

Unfavorable are: 6 8 12, 6 12, 6 8, 8 12, 5 8, 5 8 12, 5 12, 8, 12

During the time of the parliament session, the DBA will be of Mercury - Ketu - Venus
3rd CSL is Saturn, 6th CSL and 11th CSL is Venus

Dasha lord Mercury is signifying 6 12 and 5 12, no positive combination.

Bhukti lord Ketu is interesting..it signifies both 6 8 12 and 10 11, Net-net Ketu is positive for bill passing as 10 11 is at Star level and denial 6 8 12 is at planet level. Star > Planet.

Antara lord is Venus, again 6 8 and 5 8 combinations, so again denial. Out of DBA only B is positive, D and A deny.

3rd CSL Saturn is very positve as it signifies 10 11 at both planet and star level. A solitary 8 at the sub level cannot do much harm.

6th/11th CSL is however negative. (Venus, seen above).

So Nadi is also very clear that the GST Bill will not pass both houses of the Indian parliament in the upcoming winter session.

Before signing off, I want to draw the readers attention to the faint glimmer of hope that came to us in the form of the 3rd CSL (in both Nadi and KP). So BJP might be under a feeling that since they have a majority in the Lok Sabha they can pass it here (as it is more akin to a No Objection certificate than a competition here). However, there is no support from the 11th house, meaning that the expected fruit will no be received from the passage of the Bill. Either it will be passed in parts, or it will need to be diluted or the opposition may not allow discussion and voting or otherwise  disrupt the proceedings. So finally there might be disappointment.

In any case, even if Bill gets through one house, the stars do not support its passage in both houses as per my interpretation of this Prashna chart. So does it make sense for BJP to introduce this Bill in this session at all? This is a question for the Hon'ble Prime Minister.

As Sun Tzu said in the Art of War,“So in war, the way is to avoid what is strong, and strike at what is weak.”

Read with a pinch of salt. This is my interpretation of the chart. No liability accepted or admitted.
